Help save the environment by sending us your old cassettes

The team at Rochester Cassette will disassemble your cassettes and send the components to the proper disposal facilities and scrap yard. We offer this as a value-added benefit in dealing with Rochester Cassette and don't charge our customer for this complimentary service

X-ray cassettes contain some non-biodegradable and environmentally hazardous materials that include rare earth phosphors, aluminum, stainless steel, and lead. Improperly disposed of cassettes end up in landfills and ultimately contaminate the aquifer, causing harm to the surrounding environment and wildlife.

Shipping Instructions:

• Pack boxes to weigh less than 50 pounds each. One 14 x 17 inch cassette weighs approximately six pounds
• If shipping pallets - please shrink wrap them
• PLEASE DO NOT send items that are contaminated with bodily fluids. They will be discarded.
