When your cassettes or cameras reach us, we'll evaluate them for necessary repairs and generate a price quote. The quote will be sent to you by either fax or email, and we'll follow up with a phone call to be sure you got it.
Finally, you authorize the quote so that we can proceed with repairs. Your cassettes will be shipped via ground UPS, unless you designate otherwise.
