When the business started in 1991, Eric had already begun learning everything there was to know about the x-ray repair business. Gradually, Eric took over responsibility for quality control and development of new business. Since 2001, Eric has served as President of the company.
He currently oversees all aspects of the business and has personally trained almost every technician at Rochester Cassette. In addition, Eric continues to be a hands on manager by completing customer orders on a daily basis.
Eric continues to handle the business as his father did. Rochester Cassette still provides top service at a great price.

In 1991 Harry retired from Eastman Kodak Company and saw there was a need for high quality x-ray cassette repairs. Rochester Cassette was born and soon began repairing ID cameras and providing remanufactured cameras and cassettes to the diagnostic imaging community.
Harry has been involved in the radiographic field for over 40 years. From 1959 to 1961, he was educated in the field of advanced x-ray technology in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Upon graduation, he worked as the Chief Radiologic Technologist at Soldier's and Sailor's Memorial Hospital in Wellsboro. From 1967, until his retirement in 1991, Harry worked for Eastman Kodak Company as a Health Sciences Technical Sales Representative.
It was during his tenure with Kodak when Harry realized there was a need for repair expertise in the x-ray technology field. Today, Harry serves as Rochester Cassette's Vice President and Quality Control Advisor.
